husk tote
Tote made from iconic burlap rice bag. Cultural icon among many households. Making use of the original zipper for two chambers.
The rice husk is separated from grains and left over by the milling process. However it does have its uses. In that same light, we think its a no brainer that such a bag should maintain its utility. This project serves as an investment to immigrant communities and others in need. Profits go directly to food pantries that are centered around immigrant families.
